“My family had been looking to have a pool installed for several years but wanted to make sure we felt comfortable doing so as it is a major expense and did not want to be left with years of regret for a few small decisions or cut corners. Everyone we called just wanted large deposits with little to no help to aid us in our decision making process as far as size, shape, plumbing upgrades, and maintenance costs, this is why it took us so long to make our decision. When we met with Bill and Mike with Blue Escapes Pools for the first time we were blown away…. we had not been able to get anyone to come to our home, they all wanted to meet at their office and take a deposit first. Bill and Mike insisted they come to us and no deposit was necessary, they just wanted to see the area, offer any advice, and drop off materials for my wife and me to discuss. They said for us to “make a list of your must haves” and then they will make a few design options that meet our needs but offer different shapes, sizes, and accessories. They came back to us with several options but one was exactly what we were looking for; we just didn’t know it could be possible for such a reasonable price! We built a pool that has all of our family and friends including us still in astonishment, it is a beautiful masterpiece! That said, most of all I have that comfort feeling that will last a lifetime…. Everything during the building process was explained as much as I wanted it to be, they would come to me with any changes they saw as the project was moving forward that would help aesthetically and if I had something I wanted to change they were so accommodating! I still talk to Mike or Bill almost weekly, they ask how things are going, if there is anything they can help with, or just want to know how the family is enjoying the pool. Blue Escapes Pools is amazing, your family deserves this type of experience… don’t make it stressful….let the people that have been building pools for over 30 years and are family focused help you!

“Blue Escapes Pools recently built our pool and we absolutely love it. The concrete work is beautiful, especially the chiseled edge border. The entire process was smooth and the communication with Bill and his team was excellent. And the entire job was completed in 6 weeks and that’s including rain delays out of their control. We have friends that have built pools with other pool installers recently and those projects took months to complete. Blue Escapes has a key advantage in that their pool install team also does the concrete work. They are able to complete the concrete on schedule because they are not at the mercy of a subcontracted concrete crew’s schedule. And it’s nice to be interacting with the same crew throughout the entire process. We definitely recommend Blue Escapes Pools for the quality of work as well as the personalized customer service.”
